AN AFTERNOON WITH MATES IN COOLAMON

Coolamon is expecting a massive weekend, with the Coolamon Lions Club Music 4 Mates event on Saturday at the Coolamon Sport and Recreation Club from 2pm.

This free event is striving to raise the awareness of suicide and suicide prevention, with guest speakers, information tents and giveaways, combined with an afternoon of live music and activities to enjoy with your mates.

Organiser Kaarin Edyvean is expecting a large response from the local community and visitors from the region.

“The support for the event has been amazing, it is really quite exciting!” said Kaarin.

“We have an amazing line up of non stop music including local Jack Thompson and Wagga’s Groove Factory, plus markets, hot rods and free kids amusements. It is the first time Groove factory have played in Coolamon!”

The event will run from 2pm until 10pm at the Coolamon Sport and recreation Club, with strictly no BYO alcohol. Entry is FREE.
