Coolamon Youth Fest!

Youth rock band After Dark have scored a Music NSW Indent grant to fund a gig in Coolamon on Saturday 11th April. Part of Coolamon Shire’s 2015 Youth Week program the band will take to the stage at the Up-to-Date Store Cultural Precinct and a number of supporting youth acts will also feature in the lead-up. 

Coolamon Shire Council’s Youth and Community Development Officer, Bron Hatty, states: “After Dark are an impressive young group who have established themselves locally with a growing number of performances at community events. This is a great opportunity for them to now headline their own show to a peer audience thanks to funding from Indent, Music NSW” 

The band has also secured sponsorship from Kildare Catholic College, Coolamon Shire Council and the Coolamon Shire Community Drug Action Team who are supplying a free BBQ to concert goers. 

Free return bus transport will be available from Ardlethan Lions Park departing 2pm and Ganmain Victory Gardens departing 2:45pm, phone the Coolamon Shire Library on 69272492 to book a seat. 

After Dark will be performing live on stage Saturday 11th April. Tickets are $5, gates open at 3pm, kicking off with a number of supporting acts! Follow their facebook event page to keep up-to-date!
