Ganmain Show

Now into its 107th year, the annual Ganmain Show is one of the regions most highly regarded and anticipated rural agricultural shows, which continues to attract patrons from throughout the Riverina and regional NSW.

Scheduled for Saturday August 22, this year’s Ganmain Showpromises to deliver a colossal program featuring an extensive range of traditional exhibits and competitions including the working dog trials and the quick shear competition, live entertainment, car and bike displays, children’s activities and amusements and of course the Ganmain Pie Eating Competition… Guaranteed fun for all of the family!

Ardlethan Country Music Festival

Following the success of the Ardlethan German Beer and Wine Festival and with the support of Advance Ardlethan, the body behind the 2015 Ardlethan Country Music Festival are very excited to have received funding for their upcoming event.

“Having the support of Coolamon Shire means a lot to our committee, the community and the businesses of Ardlethan. It’s wonderful to see Coolamon Shire really getting behind our festivals and events with the appointment of the new Events Funding Program“ Ardlethan Country Music Festival representative, Jenny Kuemmel said.

The Ardlethan Country Music Festival will take place from Friday 17 – Sunday 19 April 2015 at the Ardlethan Showground. With an exciting program of live music and talent quests on offer, the event will showcase a range of veterans, seniors, juniors and sub-juniors talent. There will also be street markets, an iconic Kelpie howling contest and plenty of fun for country music fans young and old!
