Town prepares for second annual Coolamon Rodeo

Back by popular demand, the second annual Coolamon Rodeo will be held on Saturday, 19 October 2013 at the Coolamon Showgrounds.

Attracting in excess of 750 patrons in 2012, this years event will feature rough stock events including bull riding, bronc riding and barrel racing.

"With a full program scheduled for October, we anticipate numbers to increase on 2012 and, the event to generate many benefits for the town" said Jamie McInerney, Rodeo Coordinator.

Mr McInerney was also pleased to confirm that the Rodeo will include a local steer ride and that funds raised will help to maintain and upgrade show ground facilities for years to come.

With BBQ and Bar available, organisers invite patrons to bring seats for all of the family. Admission TBC.
