Ganmain presents its 104th Show

The Ganmain Show’s schedule is jam-packed full of things to see and do this weekend.

The Ganmain Show Society Inc. annual show, which is hosting its 104th show, will be held on Saturday, 18 August at the Ganmain Showgrounds.

One of the highlights of this year’s program is the Conformation Championship Dog Show. The biggest ever to be held at Ganmain, international judges from Serbia, South Africa and New Zealand have attracted entries from far and wide, representing a huge number of breeds.
The working dog will also be on display with the Coprice Yard Dog Trials featuring again this year.

The ‘world’ famous Ganmain Pie will be celebrated with the Great Ganmain Pie Eating Contest. With categories for all ages the pie eating competition will provide the crowd with plenty of laughs as competitors try to stuff themselves by eating three pies in the quickest time. Needless to say there are often some sore bellies after this event!
