Sweet Briar BnB is a sweet place to stay…

The Sweet Briar Bed and Breakfast, housed in the former Bank of NSW building – and painted pink – is hard to miss in the small town of Coolamon.

But it’s not a place you would want to miss.

The 1907-built building which houses the Sweet Briar captures the grandeur, style and romance of a by-gone era.

The building features pressed metal ceilings, an open-fire place, claw foot baths and classic furnishings, and the three beautiful bedrooms and ensuites provide every luxury.

Hosts, Andre and Keryl de Haan, moved into Coolamon to take over Sweet Briar only a year ago – in which time they have cooked more than 400 breakfasts for guests - and have breathed new life into the impressive building.

Having undertaken some extensive renovations to the building, to ensure guests enjoy true country hospitality as well as every luxury, the Sweet Briar is situated right in the centre of town and offers a great starting point to explore Coolamon and the surrounding region.

So whether you’re staying for one night or for a few, the Sweet Briar is a relaxing and pretty place to book.
