Join Allison for a relaxed wander through the heart of Coolamon as we slow down, look closely and capture in a sketch the little glimmers that make our town so special.

Using pencil sketches, waterproof ink pens and loose watercolour washes, you’ll fill a beautiful concertina sketchbook with tiny moments collected along the way. 

Rather than drawing entire buildings, you’ll focus on the details that catch our eye—an old doorway, a verandah, a vintage sign, a weathered window, a bicycle resting against a wall, a flower spilling from a pot, or the curve of an historic roofline.

You’ll sketch loosely, paint simply and enjoy the process of noticing. Good for the beginner and more experienced creatives.

This workshop isn't about perfect perspective or detailed architectural drawings. It's about creating a visual journal of a day spent wandering together and seeing Coolamon with fresh eyes.

We will meet at the Studio and then you will be transported to our Main Street.

Lunch will be available at your own cost at one of our beautiful cafes (to be advised).
