We’re excited to announce our first Helmsman Auction, and we’d love to see plenty of sellers and buyers there!

• Shed open from 7:00am
• All birds must be penned by 9:00am

AUCTION DETAILS
•Pen cost: $5 per pen
• Maximum 3 birds per pen, to be sold together as one lot
• Table cost: $20
• Sundry items & eggs: $2 per item
• Bidder number: $2
Entries open Friday, 18th September 2026, at 9:00am. Please note, entries will not be accepted before this time. Details will be listed on Friday.
Payment must be made in full using the details provided. Please send a receipt of payment with your entries.
CASH ONLY - there will be no eftpos available, so please come prepared with cash and, where possible, small denominations.

Meat buyer confirmed for sale.

Committee meeting will be held following the auction.
